    Домен http://www.esperio.org был приобретен в июле 2021 года. Весной 2022 проведен update сайта. Последние несколько месяцев история посещаемости показывает всплеск активности, с сентября на сайт зашло более 80 тысяч посетителей. Раньше брокером интересовалось не более 2-3 тысяч человек в месяц. Такой интерес пользователей вызван проплаченной рекламой, появляющейся на различных онлайн и офлайн ресурсах.

    В информации о компании брокер Есперио рассказывает об успешной работе с 2011 года. Лицензирование, со слов конторы, было одобрено в 2012 офшором Сент-Винсет и Гренадины. Но регулятор с 2018 года приостановил выдачу разрешений компаниям, осуществляющим брокерские услуги, об этом написано на их сайте. То есть заявление компании, что работа ведется законным образом, не более чем ложь. В России контора также не нашла правовой опоры для предоставления услуг. Банк России вообще внес Есперио в список компаний, являющихся нелегальными участниками рынка ценных бумаг. Фактически, компания — мошенник без регистрации юридического лица, лицензии и адреса.

    Для начала торговли клиент должен зарегистрировать аккаунт на платформе и выбрать один из предложенных типов счета:

    Standart предназначен для начинающих трейдеров, имеет ограничение в 500 ордеров, торговое плечо до 1:1000, минимальный лот 0,01, ограничение margin call 60%, бонус за пополнение до 100%, клиентам обещаны внесение и вывод средств без комиссий, а спред зависит от поставщика ликвидности;
    Cent — счет, на котором можно торговать от 10$, условия идентичны с типом Standart, но нет приветственных бонусов и лимитов на ордера;
    Invest подходит для долгосрочных сделок, не имеет ограничений по количеству сделок, нет левериджа, маржин кол на уровне 100%, можно хеджировать сделки по 500 с лишним торговым инструментам;
    MT5 ECN — счет с доступом к межбанковской ликвидности, спреды от 0,2 пункта, плавающие, плечо не выше 1:500, бонус за внесение депозита 100%, можно использовать ордера типа Sell Stop Limit и Buy Stop Limit, клиенту доступны Forex и экономический календарь.
    Пользователи платформы могут пройти трех этапное обучение. Первая часть курса бесплатна, остальные стоят от 250$. Заработок возможен не только на инвестициях и спекуляциях, но и с помощью партнерской программы. Есть демо счет, доступна аналитика от профи. Новичкам предложат услуги финансового консультанта. Платежные системы включают банковские переводы и карты, а также электронные кошельки и криптовалютные транзакции.

    Отзывы о брокере Esperio появляются волнообразно, когда компания закупает рекламу. Заказных статей много, но еще больше реальных комментариев от пострадавших пользователей. Личный кабинет не дает доступа к торговле, в нем брокер управляет счетом клиента и меняет котировки так, как ему вздумается. Вывод средств, как пишут жертвы мошенников в интернете, невозможен.

    Контора работает по мошеннической схеме:

    поиск клиентов осуществляется сотрудниками компании через холодные звонки и соцсети, жертву покупают на обещания хорошего пассивного дохода;
    после регистрации клиент торгует в профит, брокер может позволить забрать небольшую прибыль, чтобы развести на пополнение счета более крупной суммой;
    когда депозит пополнен второй раз, сделки перестают приносить доход, начинаются сливы по стопам, сквизам и сбоям системы, финансовый консультант объясняет неудачи высокой волатильностью и уговаривает внести еще денег.
    В любом случае от депозита не останется ничего. Но если клиент решит вывести остатки средств со счета, его ждут выдуманные платежи: налоги, комиссии за вывод, банковские услуги и прочее. В отзывах о my.esperio.org ни одному клиенту не удалось забрать депозит с платформы.

    Обманутым пользователям остается только идти с юристами в суд или писать заявление в банк на оформление чарджбэка, но для этого необходимо иметь доказательства работы мошенников.

    Контора работает давно, периодически меняет интернет адреса, но все равно попадает под блокировку Роскомнадзора. Документов, на основании которых осуществляются брокерские услуги, нет. Банк России отметил компанию в черном списке. Лицензия отсутствует, регулятор, на которого ссылается Esperio, запретил выдачу аккредитаций брокерам в 2018 году. В отзывах об Есперио много пострадавших клиентов, которым не дали вывести средства со счета. Брокер ведет деятельность незаконно, это скам!
